Hilary White designed the cover art for ‘House On Fire,’ the latest album by singer/ song writer Jeremy Current.  This is the album that needs to be placed on your collection shelf.

It’s not Mother’s Day weekend, but it’s Mother’s Day week here at ‘Doodle Me This!’

Lately, I have been helping Dom, front man of The Rebel Yell, with photos of his live performances.  This is a photo from his cameo at the World Cafe Live on September 25, 2009.  Look out for more to come.

There are some great mixed-media/ sculptural works on display at Works Gallery, located at 303 Cherry Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106, throughout the remainder on the month.  Good friend of mine, Adam Smith, whose work is posted above, has several pieces available in the show.

Design Philadelphia hosted a competition, ‘Windows Throughout Old City’, this past first Friday.  Artists/Designers who entered the competition were randomly paired with Businesses/Galleries to create a window display.  I was teamed up with Diane Litten, who is the artist-in-residence at the Old City Jewish Arts Center, and we found a commercially organic way to display her wild and vibrant hand-made hats, scarves, and jewelery.  My wife, Hilary White, also entered the competition, and she teamed up with Vivant Art Collection, where she hand-cut flowing forms of celebration with the intent to tie together the arts and the community by creating a regeneration of thought and action.
